You know when you post a reply or start a new thread there is a bar at the top where you can alter the font of message or add a smiley ?

Well I haven't got one anymore ! I've gone through my settings to see if I've inadvertently switched it off but can't see how to switch it on

Help please

Hi Alan did you try to restart the computer.

2 if you go in extras there should be something like smart screen filter, that should be deactivated

Then it could be an update of your browser.

I got it back , somehow the rich text filter had been switched off , I don't know how as I never went on that page but it's true gremlins do exist
