I have just received a made to measure display case from Sora shop. It cost 67 €, including postage and pacakging to the UK from Germany. Its measurement is 10 x 60 x 27cm. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and detailed care information. For a Tamiya case of about the same size you are looking at a cost of £170

The case is perspex and comes as a flat pack with instructions and nuts and bolts. The pieces fit very well as took me 1/2 hour to put together. The panels slot together and are held together with nuts and bolts. The picture shows the pre-drilled nut and bolt fitting. View attachment 76140


For an afforable case I would recommend this. The only drawback of perpex is static, but that can be cured by cleaning the case with a damp cloth and a bit of washing up liquid.
