Hi Guys (Newbie Here)
Just bought that beautiful STEARMAN PT-17 BiPlane.

Having a problem deciding what color BLUE to use on the fuselage?
Question(s) Please:
1- What spray color blue to use on the fuselage?
2- What manufacture makes the blue I need
3- Need Yellow 4 the wings - What yellow, am I to use? all acrylic in these paints?
Lastly, what do you guys use 4 the rigging of the wings ?

Hi Ray, welcome.

Which kit are you building? The Stearman had various schemes and the shades of blue especially, were often varied. If you can grab the paint numbers from your instruction sheet, you can find conversions to other paint manufacturers using a conversion website of app. There are a list of conversion sites on this forum here: http://www.scale-models.co.uk/threads/paint-conversion-helpers.26008/
