I must bring to everbodies attention the help, support and encouragment from Steve Jones, what a guy!!! After taking the photos Steve pointed out the hard edges, bugger!! Now sorted.

Without Steves help i would be going round in circles, cheers Steve

Bob

Looking good Bob, looks a bit stark in the photos, but it will tone down with weathering. The encouragement & advice from people, such as Steve, on this site makes it a good place to be.

Worked on tools and a new method of doing a exhaust, using life colors rust set

What do you chaps think of the exhaust???

Have changed 100's of exhausts, been racking my tiny brain cells as to what they looked like! Left some orginal paint on

The variation of the rust tones on the exhaust is good Bob, just needs a bit of blending in & weathering.

Bob,
Just caught up on your build, and it looks great.
You ask about rust colours, I usually paint the rust areas on the exhaust and then blend them in with rust pigments to soften it all up.
Mike.
