First build and no instructions in boxed, second hand.

Hi James, what is the make and scale of the kit? Is it the Minicraft 1/48 kit or the Guillows one? Or another make?

Just may help if we know what type etc to narrow down the instruction sheet.

That looks the one only difference I think wing sits with wing bolts not elastic.

James, after having a further look, yours should be covered by the version in the link above. Model number 867 is the .40 class. As for the revision of the A after 867 I am afraid I don't know-sorry about that.

It look like the one from jp , but its a Artf kit the one i have .

But it seems to be the same plane so might be able to start.

But i have seen a member on this forum who had made the actual kit i have.

So hopefully he will get back to me sent him a msg.

Next time ill buy a new kit to build

Ok nearly done it, just stuck figuring out how the tail wheel fits. Any ideas guys?

Also for wing bolts I guess I need to drill wing for holes.

The drawings show the tail-wheel attached via a collar and two screws. What does the tail-wheel look like? As for the wings, it does look like you need to drill to attach.

I think I'll stick to not rudder tail wheel,don't wanna drill rudder do I need to cut cover we're rudder glues to allerions, or glue direct on.

If it is the fixed tailwheel it should have holes on that are marked for screwing, fits into/onto base of fuselage IRC, not rudder. The other variety is the steerable one and that fits into a holder-or something like it. As for fitting the rudder to the ailerons-not sure, check to see if the assembly fits via screws, could be from underneath or there is a slide assembly. I wouldn't have thought you would have needed to cut the covering to attach the rudder assembly-this is what this model is about-pre-done so no covering and doping.

Part of the fun, some would say...it does help top have instructions though doesn't it?

It will look great when finished, just don't blame me when you take it on its maiden flight and it falls to bits...
