I also build rc indoor aerobatic aircraft with 900mm wingspans....sub 80g. Weight saving is a must! A tip I picked up was to use hypodermic needles. You get accurate and controllable dispensing. When you're done replace the needle cap. If the needle gets clogged, use a lighter flame under the pointy end and it clears the blockage. For SAFETY it's best to take the point off the needle !!


Sorry If I'm teaching egg sucking et al but I've been reading the thread on superglue disasters.
