Mine is 14 feet by 12 feet and I have been working on it for about 14 years.

YEA REALLY GREAT Ralph lovely layout I had one about 40 yrs ago in a 20ft square room with about 200 ft of track but the bloomin power system let me down as I was usein Hornby ZERO ONE computer an all the assiroes cost me thounds of pounds an with 12 trains goin it got quite complex but did I have some fun when it worked that is
