I have been after this kit for a while and despite the decels being aged were usable the overall color was tamiya's coral blue from a can.
Some of tyre decels did disintegrate but overall I am pleased with the outcome.
The car depicted was raced by Ivan cappeli.
Also I put some after market belts in as the moulded ones just don't work.View attachment 286448 View attachment 286449 View attachment 286450 View attachment 286451 View attachment 286452 View attachment 286453 View attachment 286454 View attachment 286455

Now this is fast ( I know your a fast builder ) but this looks awesome and fast!!! Even if it's standing still
The Coral blue looks an awesome colour and I do like this very much.

Well done you and I'd be proud of this indeed

Regards

Robert

Wow I remember this from my years of marshalling at Silverstone just up the road and the March/Leyton House factory just another 12 miles in Bicester, and Ivan was one of the nicest of the F1 circus. Super build by the way!

I have just given this one a slight makeover I purchased a set of Goodyear tire masks and replaced the tire decals and a little dusting off reattached the front wing and a coat of clear gloss.
This is a practice in readiness for my next F1 build.20190607_183910.jpg20190607_183916.jpg20190607_183932.jpg20190607_183958.jpg
