Heres my fourth complete model!

I found the engine on this one very detailed and went together perfectly, no problems at all. It has opening bonnet and boot, with spare wheel in the front.

Looking back, I wish I had spent more time on the interior colour scheme (those of you who have seen my other models will know I'm quite impatient!). I made up the colours as I went along for this one, staying away from stock colours and using what I had available.

Lots of chrome bits and the two transfers that came with the model were metal transfers which I haven't used before, and I found them brilliant to work with.

Extra additions I added to this model were: Fire extinguisher with spare wheel, and "I love model cars" bumper sticker transfer.

Nice job bro, good job repairing that windscreen and youve got an awesome finish to that paint job.

Thanks a lot guys!

I ended up just using some plastic packaging like the stuff that you get a childrens action figure in, with the cardboard back piece and plastic casing it in. The takeaway containers that I had were slightly 'frosted'/foggy.

A VERY NICE VW there Curtis great work on the screen fix, and like Aaron said a great finish on the paint job
