discussion Tamiya M16 Halftrack Tamiya sourcing problems

Hello...Is anyone in the uk having problems getting a 1/35 M16 US Half-track Tamiya kit because i am having real problems! I am trying to get one to build for my bros birthday but have found that even tho emodels.co.uk and wonderlandmodels.co.uk were showing stock had to put it on back order! I then found out that there is only one outlet for tamiya in the uk for these sites if they dont have the kit then it is unlikely to be attainable. Has anyone else had this problem?
