On a tamiya kit, it asked for 2 parts flat yellow and 1 parts flat green. This paint mix (which i did my best to get the correct ratio) was used to paint the inside of the entire plane, inside landing gear and panels. I'm not sure if I made the right color if my measurements were wrong or if theres an actual name for the color they were trying to achieve. Look at my pics below to it comes off as a lightish bright yellow green. My dad says its probably correct since mechanics had to use flash lights and this paint scheme would help "shine" better.

I think your right it dose look a bit bright, did you use a flash with the pic ?

that can always make it be brighter than it is,

but try a dark green was 1st and see if that tones it down, then still not happy try a black,

hope im of some help

Rather than use Tamiya paint mixes, why not buy a tin of Interior Green (zinc chromate) ?

if the colour you are after is chromate green i wouldnt say its far off it.........just a bit shiney.....add a wash cos that will tone it down and add definition at the same time

It should be ANA611 Interior Green, which is a bit duller than the green you have there. Nice model BTW.
