The Avro Lancaster Book a comprehensive guide for the modeller from SAM Publications, it includes the Manchester and Lincoln as well

Just wondering if those who build Lancasters have seen or even use this book and you opinions of it if you have. I picked it up at Telford for £4 and only just got round to having a look and I think its pretty good for someone like me who is building a Lancaster ( even if its taken me a year to get round to doing just the seats ) :)

I recently bought the "Avro Lancaster" Owners' Workshop Manual, 1941 onwards, all marks (one of the Haynes manuals on cars and absolutely everything). £8, hardback. It is based on the Battle of Britain Memorial flight lanc PA474 which, being often heavily serviced for its airworthyness certificate, has be illustrated in very great detail, inside and out at nut-and-bolt level. I think it will be helpful for details when I eventiually get to my lanc. What a huge plane it is!
