I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who attended the show in whatever capacity this weekend.

The flow of kind comments and responses from the exhibitors and visitors alike regarding the operation, layout and quality of the content of the show was most humbling.

Despite: some horrific weather conditions just prior; one third of the show team being ill; the advertising and traffic signs disappearing as fast as I replaced them; the printers mucking up the programme a week before; several content cancellations and changes in the run up and during the show... it was opened on time with no gaps and maintaining our anticipated mix of modelling mediums.

This in no small part is due to the extra effort of a large number of modellers and the Sports centre staff, who really pulled out the stops for us.... I have spoken with each already but would like to note publicly that the best thanks TMS can give them is to ensure that we will build upon the start they have given us and be back in 2014 with a bigger and an even better array of scale modelling.

We will post some photos in the coming days once we have finished returning all the kit to its rightful homes and recover from a very busy but worthwhile experience..

We are busy making preparations for our 2014 exhibition and i am posting to see if someone can provide me with contact details for the IPMS or tell them to get in touch with us asap; as there website links and emails are not working and forum won't let me log in?... We've been trying for weeks now and i urgently need to make contact with both the publicity officer and the Merseyside group.

i will post a new thread on here once final plans are sorted, but we are planning on having a even greater range of scale modelling..
