Very nice, use some gloss varnish on the areas you are putting decals, this will stop them silvering (the backing film showing up), then overcoat in matt varnish to seal. Great job though.

A nice looking Thunderbolt Colin.... the invasion stripes are a nice touch, but I think they should be on the top of the wings also..
 
Looks very nice Colin. But I'm in agreement with Si about the clear before you put the decals on and after
