Hello,

I'm looking for a little bit of help. I have decided to buy a model kit for my partners birthday and I was wondering what brand is the best value for money. I've heard revels is quite good?

He likes the A-10 thunderbolt but know he also likes the vulcan

Unfortunately I don't have a big budget so a fairly modest size model would be ideal

Apart from airfix and revell there is also academy all three of these do reasonably priced kits also take a look at the shop on here or try emodels site I find these very competitive and you can get them delivered next day as we'll

Sonea. Agree with Alan I would you go for either Revell or Airfix.

I would make sure they are the latest. Some of the older models are not so hot. On the Airfix if you look at their site they give an indication if the model is manufactured with the latest technology.
