This is info I need for my building of Italeri's wooden cab Opel Blitz in 1/35.
Would the fenders, chassis, bonnet/hood, etc, have had red-oxide primer (all metal parts basically), as the German armour did?
Would the wooden cab and wooden cargo deck have had any type of primer, and if so, what colour?
I should have asked this to start with instead of back pedalling................lol

p.s. already repainted the chassis and chipped with my version of 'red oxide' showing through
