That sounds like the start of a GCSE Maths Question...

and yes it is the same worlds tallest man who a little while ago saved the lives of two distressed dolphins by using his amazingly long arms!

...In December, Bao saved the lives of two dolphins by reaching deep into their stomachs with his 1.06-metre long arm to pull out pieces of plastic, according to Chinese media...

He sounds like a character from an episode of the Simpsons!

I remember him from the Simpsons, he has very dark eyebrows and folds up to drive a mini.
