I’m proud of this young man. He stopped by my house today to tell my wife and I good bye. I’ve watch him grow up with a troubled young life he’s 18 and just Graduated from the Marines and planning his career in the Marines. I’m so proud of him. F8F1B063-B6C6-4346-992F-00321586DDA5.jpeg

Cracking story and all the best for his career, very smart young man!

Thank you. His mother was killed when he was 3yrs old she was a drug attic. His father still is and he was raised by his grandparents. He started down the same path as his parents but decided to change his life before it was to late

Good god Lee. What a start to life and very brave to change paths. He deserves great success and a great future. He truly deserves it!

All the best to this young man. To achieve so much from such a difficult beginning shows courage and determination.

Yes he does! He also stated that another reason he joined that he’s 18 and single and no family he would rather give his life for his country than see a mid 20 year old with a wife and kids give his very humble young man it was all I could do to hold back the tears today

Sounds like he has his head screwed on and is heading in the right direction Lee!
I wish him the best of luck in his endeavours.

Bad start but now on the good road.

His Grandparents I think must be very good people to get him there.

He looks a cheeky chappy I like that it shows spirit & spirit is the zest
of life.

Great to read Lee, sorry for not commenting earlier.
We wish him all the best, and what Grandparents they are.:thumb2::thumb2::thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

My personal best wishes for his new life from a seasoned soldier to a young and bold soldier.
Serving own Country is always a choice to be proud of.

Hey Lee,

Best wishes for him from me too. A good head on his shoulders to turn life around. The same with me, but almost 10 years later before I woke up...
