I've decided to follow the order pioneered by,I think ColinM. Apologies if it was someone else.
I attached the two fillets to the wing assembly with the fuselage positioned lossely to give a rough template. It turns out that if you line the fillet up from the leading edge,using panel lines as a guide,it will be in the correct place.
I've now glued the wing/fillet assembly to the fuselage.
It's not too bad. A bit of CA will sort everything apart from the rear end. You can see some filler there. The underside join (more of a gap really!) is a bit of a mess and will need a bit of fettling. I've already put in a bit of stretched sprue and puttied it up.
