I don't mind the masking but had a nightmare with the canopy after taking the tape off before the paint had got in and layed itself inside the canopy had to carefully take the canopy out again and clean it all up, was thinking next time to use pvc glue for the canopy but clear fix is easier to lift a part out if it kaks on you. Think I would like to make this one again just for the practice its a great plane and great fun to make also I think a bargain for the size of it.

That's a great looking paint job.Revell do some great kits and are always great value for money. The new release 1/32 Heinkel 219 is under £50!.Saw it at the show and it looks fantastic.Dont know how they do it for the money.Volume of sales I guess. Also saw The Zokei Mura version which must cost at least 3 times as much.looked an amazing piece of engineering but I'd rather have the Revell.More than good enough for my limited talents.

Those little devils that ping across the room or catch on your sleeve. Well my air compressor has given up the ghost so time to get a new one. Glad it lasted long enough to finish the paint job. Just the decals to go now

All finished, what a great plane to make really enjoyed it learned a load as well, dont think I will use Klear to varnish with any more its ok for canopy's and small planes but big ones no.

Thought this was a great value for money kit as well cheaper then my Lancaster and B17 and twice as big. Any how now off to hang it on my ceiling
