Nice work Steve. This looks to be a great little kit for the price.

I've got the camo on......well I say camo! I've sprayed the underside with "undersurface grey/green" and the top with "Mitsubishi navy green" which is not terribly exciting.

It's modulated and there is some salt chipping, not that you can see much evidence of that here.

Once this has cured it will be on with a Klear coat and decals.

        Cheers

The decals ended up wrinkling rather badly under Microsol (despite the one I tested being okay). I've left them overnight to thoroughly dry out and this morning I've been trying to flatten them out with the aid of a hairdryer and damp make up removal pads.

Warm the decal up with the hair dryer, being careful not to overdo it, and then iron it with the damp pad. So far they are much improved and only one tear to touch up. You might not make them perfect using this method but you can certainly make them very much better. I reckon these will be okay once sealed in with a Klear coat.

          I'll post some piccies later.....hopefully

          Cheers

I think this is finished. I can't find any references for where the exhaust went so no stains!

I'll do a proper completed thread with some decent (hopefully) piccies when I get a chance.

                Cheers
