Hi Rich
If the windows need pressure to click into place they may distort the fuselage halves. I would put the windows in. tape in if necessary, and then dry fit the fuselage together just to check the fit is still ok.

Just to show the result (dry fit only) does require some ‘persuasion’ but can get it to fit.
