Heres one I finished a few weeks back but didnt bother with a build log as its one ive done before. Its the superb Airfix 1/72 mk1 -Early fabric winged , two bladed prop , finished in Belgian air force markings circa 1938. I didnt bother with any weathering as this aircraft and most of the Belgian air force were probably wiped out soon after the war started so it wouldnt have had the chance to get mucky .

Beautiful, Tony. You are right about the Belgian Hurricanes not getting a chance to get grubby. Your one was destroyed along with the majority of others, on 10 May 1940.

Thanks guys , it was a joy to build and I had to do the Belgian markings , dont think ive ever seen one done , they always seem to be RAF . The only thing I added were seat belts and I replaced the solid nav lights with clear sprue .

Thanks a lot joe ,and thanks for the link , very interesting reading. One thing I noticed though is the pic of H-22 shows the later three part ejector exhausts , whereas Airfix tell you to use the early type. The later ones are included in the kit so I could have used them , never mind . Cheers tonyBeautiful, Tony. You are right about the Belgian Hurricanes not getting a chance to get grubby.
