    Ed Force One finished

    See my other thread for the basics of how I built this kit of Iron Maiden’s Ed Force One 747 private jet:

    That model is so big I couldn’t photograph it in my normal model studio, so we had to put it on a table and hold a blanket behind it to give a fairly neutral background (as you can tell by the tablecloth, this was at Christmas, two years ago ).

            Looks impressive. What a way to announce your arrival. Although things seemed to have been scaled down about for the 2009 tour.

              The 2009 tour was before the one where they flew the plane this is a model of, so if anything they’ve only scaled up.



              If this continues, I wonder if their next tour will see them use an A380 or a Tu-225 or something
