    Finished - Wild Weasel F-100F Super Sabre - 1/72 Trumpeter

    Have just finished my Vietnam SIG Group Build, see this link for build details.

    This was an OOB build, and it was a very nice kit at a very good price, Modelzone still have them on offer for anyone interested. Trumpeter 1:72 F-100F Super Sabre PBTM01650

    The kit comes with a few missiles and a ladder but I have not fitted them as I like the aircraft just with its fuel tanks.

      Very nice build. The 3 colour camo looks great as does the heat discolouration on the exhaust.

                      That's a lovely build Derek, the camo scheme is excellent as is the exhaust heat staining. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to know that it's not actually 1/48. To do something so detailed in 1/72 shows your skill.
