    MkVb Spitfire, completed

    Hi all, heres the first half of my double Airfix Dogfight Doubles completed. Its a nice 1:48th set and looking forward to building the 109 next, if only the stand was a little less fragile !!!!

    Nice build Ade.Good to see one in desert camo for a change.Ive just built a mk1and a mk9.Currently working on a mk12.Fancy doing one of these as the next in my Spitfire collection.I like the weathering you've done.

            Nice!

            I like everything about this. The weathering ties the two top camo colours together perfectly and it also gives the effect of speed.It actually looks like its in a high speed dive.
