Here's my finished Spitfire.
Once the locating pins were removed, the kit was easy to assemble with only very minor fitting to do.
Luckily again the paints produced a nice smooth flat finish. Silvering unavoidable within the rules, as is the lack of an antenna etc. No masking used.
The fuselage decals completely disintegrated on touching water. Fortunately, I've managed to replace them with separate letters and roundels from my decal spares envelope. Bit of a pig juggling them about! Completely fictitious, but I'm not bothered because it's all I had to hand.
I've even added a couple of hearts to show I harbour no ill feelings towards the decal manufacturer!

Cheers and thanks for looking.
