    Misubishi Zero

Looking at the above plane which John has

I will do it in the plain Grey green colour all over which the build references Tamiya XF-76. Bit of an odd clour as finding a close alternative is proving tricky. Yes, I could just use XF-76 but I've yet to find a colour comparison chart with it listed. They seem to stop at 75 then leap forward. I dont really want to buy a large can for one plane even though its basically all that colour. Expensive and a waste IMO

Has anyone any recommendations in Vallejo Air or similar for a colour for this "plain" Zero ?

I can only find that as a single colour , with no direct replacements in other paint ranges. ( only as-29 from Tamiya is equivalent )

SMS do XS-76 and whilst I’m not obsessive about exact colours it’s nice to get close. Might try Vallejo light blue and add a touch of green to see what happens

I used this as a colour guide, although I couldn't fine the Aotake anywhere. Was happy with the final finish though.
