    My Daughter Lucy's Airfix Rally Cars (First Build)

    Hi, my name is Lucy and my Daddy is helping me build some Airfix 1/32 Rally cars!


    I got 2 cars in one box and one is red and one is blue. (Fiesta and Mini Cooper)

    My daddy used the sharp cutters and put the primer on, I glued the pieces together and painted the colours. :P

      I do hope that dad is making a good job of that primer.


      I see you have two cars there and the first is coming along fine. Hope to see them when they are finished.

        **Apparently I have done a Good job of the primer and Lucy is learning to use a computer and about internet safety as well! (She wanted to add kisses to get message )**

          It's great Dougie your killing three birds with one shot modeling, Internet, and Internet safety she is definitely off to a great start.

              Mate, she love Boris the spider by the who and a few zeppelin tunes and school of rock is one of her fav films but she still likes the pop tunes haha can't win them all I guess.

                My 6 year old loves Blondie and building aeroplanes - no 1D allowed by my daughter.
                On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
                Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
                Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

                              This week I have painted the suspension parts and tonight I glued them together. My daddy had to put them into place (Very fiddly!). We have started to sand the wheels ready for painting.


                              I hope you like the pictures so far!
