I built this one as my wife parents had one when she was younger

Just spent a couple of hours masking all the windows ready for painting.

It was very relaxing work. It took longer to cut off the sprues and clean, than to mask

Got the light chromed fitted and added a little bit of rust using the Tamiya thin method. Just touch a bit of the glue where you want the rust, while still wet prod it a bit with a cocktail stick then when dry paint some rust colour over the area then wipe some off with a cotton bud.

Got all the windows fitted, also painted and fitted the indicators and break lights. Oh and weathered the roof.

Sorry it's been a while but I've now just about got this completed, I just need to make a base for it if I can find some things like beach balls and wind breaks if you know what I mean.
