    Putting extra parts to use

I have extra parts from lots of models so I decided to try my hand at a total creation. Here’s what I’m going for. Click image for larger version

Now this is my sort of bodging!

    This will look great

V8 in the truck bed? Metalflake and shiney or ratrod?

Thing is here in the uk about 30 years ago when kit cars were popular there was a company that made a beetle conversion that looked a little like this..... Not quite so stepside but deffo pick up truck back end
    Per Ardua

We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no ones been

I’m going to do my best to put a V8 in the front and drive the rear wheels with an actual driveshaft. That means putting a rear end underneath it as well. I don’t exactly know how I’m going to accomplish all this, but I’ve been modeling every day for the past 2 1/2 years and I have tons of spare parts and I’m getting much better at my knowledge.

Go for it, and if you really want to get creative put a 351 in the front and another in the load bed and you can enter the 4WD GB!!!
PS. A mate did just this with a 1980s Mazda B series pick up - Lord only knows how he mated it all to a transmission and final drives.
