Started blocking in the colours so looks a bit of a mess at the moment. Hopefully it will all come good.
I have built the Mini Art Semaphore, a very detailed kit in it's own right. it was also one of the most fiddly kits I have ever built. The rods were very thin( I managed to snap one which was replaced with copper wire). Working out where the linkages should be and securing them in the right place while trying to assemble 3 or 4 parts was a right giggle.
Again colours blocked in and glossed awaiting weathering.
Signal looks great Scottie. A very complex item that does a very simple job! It looks almost early Victorian, nothing like contemporary British practice.

Tim, Your right it is a right mix of levers, rods and counter weights.

Base looks very nice - well thought out. Signal looks really good but I can imagine making it was a nightmare.

Jim, I think I can safely say that is one of the most difficult things I have ever put together, but it does build into a nice kit.
