Sitting out side again, rather breezy as had to retrieve some plastic strip several times.
Managed to complete the first stage of the windows and shutter frames for the right hand side.
Only one photo , of the shop front.

Hiya JR........nice bit of building there buddy. Looks like the front door is plenty wide for "Patissari Patty" to get through. What with all the sweet breads, cakes and pies etc. she's pushing :tongue-out3: Should be the "Bomb" when you get it done. I'll notify the committee to standby with the proper accolades when the time comes. Keep it coming mate.:thumb2:

Well thought I ought to make an effort to post an up date.
The first entrance to the cafe which had the film attached is going to be redone , much preferred the second shop front method
Been trying out making shutters using plastic strip, spent some time trying out methods , managed to do one

On its side but trying to angle the slats is tricky, so tonight had a rethink and redid the 4 in timber. Not exactly the same method but certainly good enough.
            More on that tomorrow.

Today saw the glazing bars out into the building itself, I've left it flat over night so no photos yet .
What I do have is a few figures ! Seemed never ending , the differing manufacturers seem to mix ok.Some times I've found the difference is too great.

Have to say these civilians are a lot more complex than troops, with out the kit of course .
Hair styles on the women , resulting in two parts to the hair. Hats at weird angles .All good fun, then there were the ones sitting, now I don't know how MiniArt decided the hight of the chairs or the width of the seats but they are small compared to the people.
Still think they will look ok .

That's it for now, hopefully more tomorrow.
            Thanks for looking in .

From the looks of that "crowd" you will have your hands full with the Fig. painting JR......that bird in the back clutching her bag sort of reminds me of Matron :tongue-out3:

Great stuff…Crabtree, Madam Edith, a potential Matron precursor, even a Chuck berry impersonator on the right with the white hair….what’s not to like :tongue-out3:

All looking good John. I reckon there are more figures in this dio than I've done on the last 5 years. It going to be a winner.
