Amazing Jim. I can see what you mean by many layers of painting. It must have taken quite a bit of time and patience to get the effects you wants.

Absolutely FANTASTIC painting and the addition of the vegetation gives such realism to this Jim… outstanding work,,, that rust on the corrugated roof section is the bomb!!!

Not a lot done as I've been building for Jakko's TV and Film GB.
I have managed to finish the figures. Bear in mind I'm certainly no figure painter. My figures are good enough to be part of a dio but won't stand to close scrutiny.

Completely agree with Andy. They all look good, but the clothing on the guy in the middle in particular is spot on. White is one of the harder colours and you’ve certainly nailed it here.

                  Jim

Sorry missed the February update. The building is stunning, simply stunning - it really is!

The figures are looking very good too.

                  Great work!

                      Great result Jim!
It's been a real pleasure to quietly watch the building come together to what we see now.

                      Top job......:thumb2:

Thanks guys for your kind words.
I'm calling this done. I really have appreciated your continued support on this drawn out build. More photos in the completed dio section.

Beautiful Jim, enjoyed having looked through the missed pages and progress up to the finish. I have to get my wooden bridge looking like your wooden doors as yours look realistic. The encouraging and wonderful comments have been pouring in. Take a bow as your dio truly deserves it. :thumb2:

                              Cheers,
