Hi moni I recently bought some of those cake decorations on a recent shopping trip for my model cave my missus thought I had gone mad but I said I was sure I would find a use for them so I posted my purchase on some forums and on here I was suggested an explosion at a ball bareing factory but on another forum it was suggested cobblestones I think it would save you a lot of time they are cheap and available in assorted sizes I think it would be ideal for your streets

Looking good, those cobbles do look good, it looks from the base as thought it will be a complex build, just wondering what is the string for (the stuff you have taped down)? Or is that a surprise.

Monica, you have the patience of a saint to cast and lay all those individual cobble stones.....I would never have the will power or attention span to do it like that!

Well done, it's looking really good already.

Kp, I suspect we're going to have lighting in this one, brilliant if we are.....

It's looking really good Monica - the cobblestone street is excellent!

But where are your cats? Usually we'd have seen at least a whisker by now!
