Thank you, Greg and the rest of you gentlemen.
I asked Mr. Peter Day for a little advise on painting and he gave me some great tips. I took a week to try and learn his suggestions and I practice on some spare heads. I am very happy that Peter helped as I have seen a big change in the way I approach it. Have not got much done on the bust but what I did was to finish the head and start on the inner shirt , then the jacket. I used the same approach on the uniform as the face.
Again thank you Peter Day for all your advise.
                  RICK.

Thank you Sir, it is going rather slow , but I am learning a whole new technique. I have done a little more today and it's time for dinner so im stepping away for the evening I will pick up the brush again tomorrow with fresh eye's. Here's what was finished today

Nice progress Rick, I find figure painting very hard, so it's nice to see how you handle it :thumb2:
                        Cheers, Steven

Isn't there a scene showing Bangalores being used in 'The Longest Day'?

Good old :smiling3: for Peter offering some tips, you have certainly taken them on board.
