    Now this is service

    Thanks to john for delivering my Stuka , the wife said she order it yesterday around midday and it's here before ten the following day , that's not even 24 hours later

    How can you do it but others can't ?

    Hats off to you mate for running a fantastic operation

      That is good service, he must have some system. Or he's sitting on his computer awaiting each and every order.

          I have been to John's house and he incorporates trained mice to ferry messages to him, he also has a parrot called 'Nigel' that uses the computer as John is useless at anything technical. He is just for show really and for scaring us with his convict avatar.

          But of course I jest...he actually uses clone creations that he made from old model parts and skin flakes.

              If people read this they would probably think my wife payed a load in postage to get it here quick but she said she only payed for normal first class postage.

              It does make you think when you can wait for days on other sites for the same postage price

                  The difference is that John is in charge from receiving the order to seeing it disappear around the corner. That is the success of small businesses over the large boys.

                  Also I suspect John, as I did when running my business, likes to receive plaudits and, when you do, you do not like not to receive them.

                      My iPad and phone both make a noise when I get an order, but most of the time I am sat on my computer

                      Ive always tried to give a service that I would be happy to receive, same with postage, no point in buying something discounted to then pay over the odds for postage, I think and hope I'm fair with postage costs, I charge less than what Royal Mail charge.

                      Thank you for the kind words, it makes me happy to know I've exceeded someone's expectations, and given a good service.
