    Tinypic probs

    Hi all been having probs with Tinypic for ages, it's finally not working at all so no more pics for a while till I find another free host. Wanted to post tonight's update on the flying tank but no chance sorry folks no pics for a while.

      Thanks Ian tried that one ages ago but can only post a certain amount then you have to pay. It's annoying as Tinypic was ok I've got something like 500 pics on there.

        You can post pictures into your threads by uploading the files.

            Yep. See at the bottom right of where you type here there is an option to upload a file. You can select the file from your computer. If you use the image button on the tiny menu above then you can only post links to online pictures, which is what I suspect you usually do.

              thanks joe that will help just have to make sure i keep a backup of my pics, and that i dont move them anywhere else.

                Ken if you use an iPhone or iPad or similar when you press upload file it gives you the option to choose take a photo or video and choose from existing so if you have a pic on your phone or tablet you can just upload it from that or just take the photo and upload it

                  You can use the forum gallery and insert the pictures in to your thread using the IMG tag

                    You can (at least on a Mac) drag an image file from your desktop or an open folder ("directory" in Windows-speak) on to your reply. Then choose either the "Thumbnail" or "Full image" buttons at the bottom of your reply. The image will be inserted at the cursor position.
