    What next ?

What to do next ? A little dio or a choice between two aircraft , the meteor or Canberra ?

The Canberra is the old matchbox kit which is funny because I almost bought that one but it was £5 dearer than the revell but it's the same kit so saved a fiver

The meteor looks a very nice kit with loads of detail and som decent panel lines

But I can't decide so I thought I'd hand it over to you good folks

I've gone wing mad of late mate and the Stuka was a thought but after each big build I like to do a couple of small ones , the panzer is a nice little easy kit to build but I will wait until tomorrow to see who wins

Mind you I do have the Italieri 1/48 Stuka in the stash as well so that might have a showing in the next few weeks

Probably will with the Canberra , I built this in the 70s and I do remember gaps , as for the panzer if that has problems I will cry

I went with the Panzer, just cos it's cool. I've built the Xtrakit Meteor: looks like a nice kit in the box but it's a bit of a pig to build.

Meatbox for me alan , its a great kit of a classic aircraft, I really enjoyed doing mine .Like the hunter though it requires some nose weight!

What sort of problems do I face mike?

Do I need to remortgage the house to fund plastic putty ?

I found the wings to fuselage fit was awful- in fact I cut the upper wing in half and added a spreader bar to the fuselage to achieve a better fit. It also took a ton of work to thin the trailing edges which were much to thick, IMO. If you're interested, I'll e-mail you a copy of the build article I wrote for Model Airplane International (it appeared in the Nov 2008 issue).

My vote is for the P2, only because I've built that kit myself a while back.
