It is with great pleasure that I announce my acceptance at a modelling and talent agency, and my first paid extras gig on the CBC pseudo cowboy/western drama 'Heartland'.
I got at least 4 good chances to get on camera, but we won't really know how it went until sometime around Nov-Dec when it goes to air.
But I will say that for the first time in a very long time I really enjoyed what it was that I was doing, and the job did not feel like work, despite the number of set ups we had to take.
At best this is a part time thing, but with enough exposure, it's possible to get noticed and start 'moving up'. Maybe for the first time in my working career, I can actually earn some kind of promotion. Here's to being hopeful...
