Got to your desktop and then look on your keyboard for the PRT SC button, normally on the right hand side above the numeric keypad, press this once. Then use the mouse to paste in your post and there be your desktop piccie.Si

Er, maybe you have to press function FN button and PRT SC. Failing that open up a paint program, then minimise, PRT SC again and see if you can paste it into your paint program, save and then upload that way.

I had a look and couldn't find anything in Processes, but I remembered my bro telling me if there was nothing there I should try the Internet Options tool to find out what was set to run automatically. I found some in the 'Manage Add On' section called 'Run without permission'. I stopped all the 'Sharepoint' ones and - touch wood - that seems to have done the trick.
