          Yes, have all webpages minimised so you just have your desktop showing...

          This is the PRT SC I have just done...right now in fact! It shows the forum screen instead of your desktop.

                Er, maybe you have to press function FN button and PRT SC. Failing that open up a paint program, then minimise, PRT SC again and see if you can paste it into your paint program, save and then upload that way.

                              I had a look and couldn't find anything in Processes, but I remembered my bro telling me if there was nothing there I should try the Internet Options tool to find out what was set to run automatically. I found some in the 'Manage Add On' section called 'Run without permission'. I stopped all the 'Sharepoint' ones and - touch wood - that seems to have done the trick.
