    Bmm models

    Hi all anyone heard of delt with bmm models I ordered the Ruben james from them got an email with a pdf which I couldn't open waited for model to be delivered but nothing so tried to ask where it was through the email they sent me but it was returned telling me the email was discontinued and to contact through website only,which I did got an email back asking for order number which I sent two days nothing so emailed number again still nothing anyway went on missus laptop that night I managed to open the pdf which said I had preordered the model for next June so went back on to cancel order still nothing. Apart from asking for order no not one single reply. Have I wasted my money that's 40 quid down the drain.

    If anyone is thinking about dealing with BMM Models... DON'T... I pre-ordered a ZOUKEI MURA 1/32 WW11 GERMAN HORTEN 229 PREORDER APRIL Offer 20% discount, and understood that it should be delivered at the end of April. On May 10th I checked the website as the item had not been received, the website published an apology for the delay and stated the release date had been put back to June.


    In July I requested they please resolve the issue either by immediate shipment or a full refund. After no response I tried to telephone during their office hours on several occasions, but their telephone appears to be unmanned.


    To date I have not received a telephone call, an E mail or a refund.


    DO NOT ORDER FROM BMM MODELS they will just take your money.

      A quick Google search throws up numerous threads on various discussion boards alomg similar lines; dissatisfied customers, poor communication etc.if you paid with PayPal or your card Kp, you may have recourse through them.

        Just a quick word of warning that I'm sorry is no comfort to kpnuts but it might help others in the future. I never deal with or buy anything from a web site that does not include a contact address and phone number. The BMM site is a classic where the 'Contact' page is nothing more than a message box and I can't find an address anywhere. This applies to any other business doing thier trade on line, if you do not have a contact address and phone number than I would avoid them.

          Hi all I did eventually get my money back that is after 3 times of them telling me they had reimbursed me and not finding the money there all I can say mrg is keep at them it's the way I got my money back, just don't give up


          Ps it took nearly 3 months of back and forth though

            My understanding of the legal position when I worked for an internet seller (heating and ventilation) was that all internet traders had to display their business address and telephone number.

              This or these are great examples of why you should seriously consider opening a Pay-Pal account.


              I have only once been stuffed buy a web shop. An e-mail to pay pal and two days later the money was back in my account.


              I can only recommend that you get one. It does give you a bit of back up if you do find a wrong one.

                  Good advice..... I only ever use paypal, or one credit card used only for online purchases with online protection..... And as a general rule only buy of known/trusted sites, even if it costs a few pounds more...... Also make a lot of our purchases through the "topcashback" site, got just over £150 paid back into my account last year for basically nothing but using their site.... Boom

                      I would have thought 90% would be regarding the site and its models...o_O they seem to have it the other way around, ignore 90% and answer 10%
