    Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Hi all, I just wanted to put a quick post out thanking one and all for the tips I've received over the past couple of months. I wouldn't have been able to get from this:

    To this:

Without your help and advice. So much so, what with my family being so insistent on spending nothing on them for Christmas by way of presents, I made them all things instead. Doing model making has given me the confidence to give candle making a go, which turned out to be pretty easy:

And make my own Christmas Cards with the airbrush which you've all been giving me great tips on!

So thanks to all of you, I hope you have a great Christmas and I hope it's a little comfort knowing you've helped make my Christmas as I know my family will appreciate the time I spent on their presents will mean more than just going to a shop and buying what they asked for on a list.

Cheers all, couldn't have done it without you!

    Mike

ps. Think next year I'll work on photography as the camera phone really doesn't do these things justice!!

Very nice of you Mike to write all that stuff. Every one here is here to help each other that is SMF.

If only that was the case in the rest of the world. Every one in the UK moans about the UK but a lot of the others in the world seem to want to come here. Seems to tell me something.

Good luck to you and your family.

          Laurie
