    New Style Decals

Just seen these on the net, latest type of wet transfer/decals.

You can use your tool bar translator to translate.

A little long winded but with amazing results.

They do sound very good for stencils and the like. A few reviews online if you search for HGW wet decals. Basically I found this (unable to translate the link above at this time):

The biggest issue relating to when ordinary decals is the varnish which creates a glossy film around the decal. It's challenging to work with classic decals and make this film invisible and almost impossible to reach a good result, especially in case of metallic surfaces. Dry transfers on the market are quite tedious as well, being hard to place them correctly and the modeler has one chance to do so.

HGW's wet transfers are similar to ordinary decals. It is possible to move them during the attaching process and find the best position. Then just push the water from below the transfer, let it dry few hours, remove the transfer foil and the work is done. Only text or symbol stays attached to the surface.

        Instructions:

        1. Cut the required part.

        2. Soak in hot water and wait until the decal loose its base-paper.

        3. Apply as regular decal.

        4. Push the water from below the decal.

        5. Let it dry for 2-3 hours.

        6. Remove the transfer foil and clean the glue stains with water.

I sense someone thinking about these for serial numbers
