Here's the ingredients Patrick just mix them in the correct percentages and then add concentrate to your own preference mine are zero nicotine which keeps it very simple for me.but if you add nicotine to the mix then you have to be very careful and precise as to much nicotine to the mix could result in poisoning [ATTACH]98982.IPB[/ATTACH]

Hmm I can see that zero nicotine makes it much easier! I think I'd end up putting too much in & doing myself a damage!
