Is there anyway you could alter one of the figures you already have.... Maybe by heating it up enough to bend it into a sitting position... I know it sounds a bit crude but it might work..

Hi i do it all the time,alter my figures,

what i do is work out how you wont it reshaped,

just sit and out at it,do a little line drawing of how you wont it to look,

and remember always cut a v shape in the joints,not above or below,

hope the little pic dose help some what,

then fill and reshape as needed,
