Apart from family who are all just a stone throw away, you guys on here are the only folks I want to talk to - and I can do that perfectly like this!
I've had loads of people tell me I should get a life, but as most of them seem to spend 90% of their free time in meaningless chat on the social media sites, I think I've probably got a better one than them - so :Pto the lot of 'em!
PS Isn't there some story about an infinite number of monkeys having to use an infinite number of typewriters to eventually end up with a meaningful piece of writing?Comment

Guilty of having a fb account, I also like going on the various model groups pages, as well as the military group pages.
Also have picked up one or two models of fb as well as the odd swap/trade, various bargains to be had on therebut I do like some of the other groups that I have joined also(not just modelling) like most......I cannot stand the drivel some needy sad acts post

Originally posted by \Yes, I believe it's the 'Infinite Monkey Theorem' that you're thinking of, it was a theory that if you put an infinite amount of monkeys in a room with a typewriter, they would end up writing at least one line of Shakespeare, the chances were that it would be the quote 'A rose by any other name.'Comment

Would not touch it even if it was the only way of communication left on earth, iam dead against it and twitter. After all the crap that goes on, people able to say what they want about anyone else.... even if they don't know them. Also with all of these kids being bullied and commiting suicide, there is no way to police it effectively and not really any proper safe guards, I think it should be shut down permenantly.

Having family all around the world, I use it.
As for all the twaddle there is on it, that is up to those who choose to post it.
I don't use it much but look in to see if anything real is going on.
