Omg, when early days pregnant they are psycho also, that coupled with everything being wrong is killer. I may just pack my ba*** and leave. If I didn't realise the end results are worth the hassle haha

The only thing for it Ken is to get the equivalent of a male only club - a shed !! Once you establish your mighty Alpha male territory in this Man Cave she'll soon realise whos Boss ! (that is of course providing she'll let you have one ) tony

I think the only real solution is to try to keep it down, and at the same time say that it would be better for all if you had a room to work in, then sweeten it by saying that if you had a hobby room, she will never have to worry about it happening again.

Then as you run out of the house screaming in pain come with an offer of a night on the tiles...

Get something finished and put it away. Then she can see some sort of progress! If that doesn't work get a shed/convert the attic/take over a single spare bedroom/take up photography.

...............or tell her how lucky she is that you don't spend all your time in the pub!

Thanks for all the advice I am just lucky I guess. When she calmed down I just explained I had been trying to finish some so I could clear up a bit. She's ok now just told me (well I say told more warned)never ever let it get like that again.

Build a shed, I loved doing mine, it's a fun project. ok I should have made it bigger but it's got a membrane with air able to flow between all exterior panels, fully insulated and has a frost heater And is hooked up to the house alarm. Went in the other morning it was frosty outside and the shed was dry and 5 deg. I can go out there and potter about our fix the mountain bike in peace and in good conditions. Also the paint booth vents externally. It heats up in 5 mins with a small heater.

Highly recommend doing one. Also, always go a good bit bigger than you think you need and put lots of insulation in.
