When Internet becomes an uncorrect tool....

I'm sure most of you had noticed that yesterday was an aircraft accident...very unfortunately

One hundred fifty persons lose the life....between them fifty was (or it seems) Catalans.

I absolutely cannot understand how many spanish people has the indecency to write on the net "how happy they are, because the victims are Catalans...".

    What an uncorrect comments...

I think Internet becomes a perfect tool for this "kind" of people! And seems nobody will change it or condemn those comments.

Important! Don't confuse my thread! I'm talking about Internet and his permissibility...this is not a political message.

    Best regards

I agree Polux, but 'Freedom of Speech' means we have to allow these morons to air their views. I certainly wouldn't want us to start down the road of limiting what people are allowed to say - that way lies madness!

As Dave points out, freedom of speech. Some people just like to be vindictive and have twisted views, even of the dead-no sympathy for them or there loved ones. Sad world we live in really.

The list of casualties so far includes 72 Germans, 35 Spaniards (Spain says there may be up to 49, and I presume this includes Catalans), 3 British (UK says there may be more), 3 Kazakhs, 2 Americans, 2 Argentines, 2 Australians, 2 Colombians, 2 Iranians, 2 Japanese, 2 Mexicans, 2 Venezuelans, 1 Belgian, 1 Dane, 1 Dutch, 1 Israeli, 1 Moroccan, 1 Turk. Some have dual nationality which is confusing the numbers.

Regardless of nationality any aviation accident like this is a catastrophe.

Any opportunity to express this type of twisted logic by crowing over the deaths of other human beings simply because of their nationality, race, religion or otherwise should always be treated with the contempt it deserves.

I fly a lot for business, about two return flights a month, often on A320 series aircraft and usually Lufthansa. I know for a fact the importance that DLH places on safety and maintenance, as a vendor FSR I am obliged to adhere to their high standards, so I am as shocked to hear of a DLH group aircraft being lost as many others.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

Unfortunalty, the internet is the only place where small minded cowards can act big and brave and remain faceless.
