    Ebayers customer service

    a few weeks ago I mentioned in a post about how a bloke in Taiwan I get my figures from didn't realise I wanted two of the same same figure and only sent me one


    Well he oppoligised and sent out the other one and it arrived today and he put another little figure in as well to say sorry[ATTACH]107445.IPB[/ATTACH]

    he didn't have to do that but it's a very nice gesture

        I think that it shows there are still some decent people left in the world


        This bloke obviously values his customers and that's always a plus in my book

          You don't have to go all the way to Taiwan for good customer service. The scale model shop, run by some bloke called John is also first class.

            Sorry Ken I'm lost as to why you've posted that , we all know how good John is we tell him enough I was just doing the same for someone else credit where it's due and all that

                    Slightly better than the gentleman from the US with whom I'm having a drawn out argument & waiting for eBay to resolve,


                    Ordered a few small thing, about $30 + $20 ish in postage, after three weeks I messaged him to say nothing had arrived and he kicked off big time as I'd signed for package.


                    Said hadn't & asked for proof, got it and not my signature then looked closer & not my address


                    Questioned it and another arsey answer about me trying to con him as he'd sent it to the address on PayPal invoice & to be fair he had......


                    Sent it to PayPal in California........
